Having graduated with honors from Social Sciences High School in 2016, BURAK AYDIN was admitted to Istanbul University Faculty of Law, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2020.
Following his graduation, he completed his legal internship and commenced his professional practice, actively practicing law for 6 years. His professional work primarily focuses on tax law, labor law, insurance law, commercial law, contract law, and personal data protection law (GDPR/KVKK), representing clients in both national and international disputes within these fields.
Distinguished by his strong litigation practice and strategic legal consulting approach, Burak Aydın plays an active role in ongoing corporate retainer services, risk management, structuring contract frameworks, and regulatory compliance processes. With an analytical mindset and advanced written and oral presentation skills, he addresses complex legal matters with high precision. In line with a preventive law approach, he aims to secure not only his clients’ current disputes but also their long-term legal safety.
